The Mobility Wayfinding App is a theoretical app, designed to guide wheelchair users throughout the David Owsley Museum of Art. The historical David Owsley Museum of Art is a place meant for building community, and the importance of accessible design has become more clear as this community has grown. Those with disabilities may find that a museum experience inhibits wayfinding and comfortability. Wheelchair users would benefit from accessible design, as it can improve their experience and promote inclusivity at the museum. The interface is very reliant on mapping of the museum: finding the location, parking, and navigating throughout it’s levels. A logo, color scheme, and icons were designed to create a consistent flow throughout the app.
